Five years ago, Sunday’s journey looked very different. He was scavenging plastic bottles on the streets of Lagos to survive until his story crossed paths with Tunde Onakoya, who took him in, nurtured him, and gave him the chance to dream again.

I had the honor of documenting one of the most beautiful milestones of his life, his graduation. 🎓

Standing behind my camera, I didn’t just see a boy in a gown; I saw resilience, love, and the power of opportunity. I saw a reminder that with care, patience, and the right support, transformation is possible.
